How much shipping fees should I pay?

For standard shipping, we usually will charge $2.99 ~ $9.99 USD by package weight as the chart below. And we provide free standard shipments to most countries and regions for orders over $50 USD (Package weight ≤ 3kg). Please be aware that the $50 USD here refers to the total amount actually paid by a customer after applying any kind of discount coupon. 

• We provide Free Standard Shipping (Package weight ≤ 3kg) in the United States, Canada, Japan and Australia except for a few remote regions and areas.

What countries and regions do you ship to?

Currently, we ship to countries and regions listed here: Check the list . You can contact support@xvxchannel.com if yours is not listed.

Expedited shipping is not available for P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii, and offshore addresses such as Puerto Rico and Guam.

When will my orders be shipped out?

Once your order is submitted and paid, the in-stock products will be shipped out within 2- 3 business days, for Pre-orders/Group Buys please check the product page for a specific date. 

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Normally, the standard shipping will take about 8 - 15 business days except for a few remote areas. (Due to the Covid-19 epidemic, the logistics timeliness may be delayed.) We provide an expedited shipping option only for orders shipped to the USA, Canada, Germany, French, Italy, and Spain, which will add extra cost to your orders. Expedited shipping normally will take 3 - 8 business days except for a few remote areas. For specific situations please consult us. 

How do I track the shipping status of my orders?

We will upload the tracking number to your order once it is shipped and you can track the shipping status on Track My Order.

Do I have to pay import tax or customs fees?

Yes. Please be aware that VAT is included in your orders but there may be extra import duty or customs fees due to the policy of different countries. Please check the local regulation of customs duties first and customers need to take care of it by themselves. 

What if I want to return the product?

Kind Reminder:

• If you live in South Korea, please provide us with your Personal Customs Clearance Code. The personal code must match the person's name and phone number on the shipping details you filled out. If you have no idea what the personal customs clearance code is, please kindly check here. 
• If you live in Taiwan, please provide us with your personal tax code number in the note (The number starts with an English character and 9 digits followed after). 
• If you live in Brazil, the personal customs number or CPF is required for both free shipping and Expedited shipping. Please leave it at checkout.
