Once your order is submitted and paid, the in-stock products will be shipped out within 2- 3 business days, for Pre-orders/Group Buy please check the product page for specific details.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Normally, the standard shipping will take about 10 - 20 business days. (Due to the Covid-19 epidemic, the logistics timeliness may be delayed.) We provide expedited shipping option at check out which will add extra cost to your orders. Expedited shipping normally will take 4 - 9 business days except for a few remote areas.   • If you live in South Korea, please provide us with your Personal Customs Clearance Code. The personal code must match with the person's name and phone number of the shipping details you filled out. If you have no idea what the personal customs clearance code is, please kindly check here
