How much shipping fees should I pay?

For standard shipping, we usually will charge as the chart below. We provide free standard shipments to most countries and regions for orders over $50 USD (Package weight ≤ 3kg). Please be aware that the $50 USD here refers to the total amount actually paid by a customer after applying any kind of discount coupon. 

• Shipping rates for orders less than $50 USD (Package weight ≤ 3kg). DHL Expedited Shipping is available in certain countries and areas only.

What countries and regions do we ship to?

• Currently, we ship to countries and regions listed here: Check the list. Please contact support@xvxchannel.com if yours is not listed.
• DHL Expedited shipping is not available for P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii, and offshore addresses such as Puerto Rico and Guam.

When will my orders be shipped out?

Once your order is submitted and paid, the in-stock products will be shipped out within 2- 3 business days, for Pre-Orders/Group Buys please check the product page for a specific shipping date. 

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Normally, the standard shipping will take about 8 - 15 business days except for a few remote areas. We provide an expedited shipping option for certain countries and areas which will add extra cost to your orders. Expedited shipping will be delivered by DHL, it normally will take 3 - 7 business days except for a few remote areas. For specific situations please consult us. 

How do I track the shipping status of my orders?

We will upload the tracking number to your order once it is shipped and you can track the shipping status on Track My Order.

Do I have to pay import tax or customs fees?

Yes. Please be aware that VAT is included in your orders but there may be extra import duty or customs fees due to the policy of different countries. Please check the local regulation of customs duties first and customers need to take care of it by themselves. 

What if I want to return the products?

Additional information needed for shipment

• If you live in South Korea, please provide us with your Personal Customs Clearance Code. The personal code must match the person's name and phone number on the shipping details you filled out. If you have no idea what the personal customs clearance code is, please kindly check here. 
• If you live in Taiwan, please provide us with your personal tax code number in the note (The number starts with an English character and 9 digits followed after). 
• If you live in Brazil, the personal customs number or CPF is required for both free shipping and Expedited shipping. Please leave it at checkout.
• Please fill in all the shipping information in English. We will email you if it requires the info in your language.

Note 1: Currently we only provide Windows 64-bit version software.

Note 2: If it says "No gaming device found!" when you process the XVX M61 or XVX M84 software, please download the Upgrade Patch below to fix it.

Note 3: Only if there is a problem with your Womier K61, K66, or K87 keyboard firmware need to download the upgrade patch. Please check the upgrade guides below first:
